We don’t typically adjust on the first visit. There are two things that are most important to us, your health and our reputation, and we are not willing to jeopardize either by rushing into your treatment. Exceptions are made on a case by case basis. It is imperative that we discuss your health history and complete our assessments at that first visit to determine the very cause of your health concerns and what type of care is needed.
+ Why do newborn babies and children need to be adjusted?
The biggest trauma in your life is actually the birthing process. We also know that sick kids become sick adults and it’s much easier to raise healthy kids to become healthy adults! Of course the adjustments are very gentle. The force used to make a correction is equivalent to checking the ripeness of a tomato.
